By accessing or using CitedAI (the "Service"), operated by Lucé Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of CitedAI.
CitedAI is an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) file generation service. Upon purchase, CitedAI crawls the website URL you provide, uses AI to generate a set of optimization files (including but not limited to llms.txt, robots.txt, sitemap-ai.xml, and Schema.org structured data), and delivers those files to you via Google Drive.
The Service is provided as a digital deliverable. Results vary based on the content, structure, and completeness of your website. CitedAI does not guarantee specific rankings, citation frequency, or visibility outcomes in any AI search engine.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize CitedAI to charge the applicable fee for the package you selected. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. CitedAI reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.
CitedAI offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your delivered files for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests received after 7 days of delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not available for the Done For You package after installation work has commenced.
CitedAI aims to deliver completed AEO files within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery is made via a Google Drive link sent to the email address you provided at checkout. CitedAI is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or circumstances outside our control.
For the Done For You package, installation is performed by our team after delivery of the files. Installation timelines will be communicated via email.
By using CitedAI, you represent and warrant that:
Upon delivery and full payment, you own the generated AEO files created for your specific website. CitedAI retains ownership of its platform, software, templates, and underlying technology. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the CitedAI service or platform itself.
CitedAI offers a free llms.txt generator tool with limited usage. Free tool outputs are provided "as is" with no guarantee of accuracy or completeness. CitedAI reserves the right to limit, modify, or discontinue the free tool at any time without notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CITEDAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE GENERATED FILES WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT IN AI SEARCH ENGINES. AI SEARCH ENGINE ALGORITHMS CHANGE FREQUENTLY AND ARE OUTSIDE CITEDAI'S CONTROL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCÉ MEDIA AND CITEDAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
CitedAI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
